Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. By engaging with Naturally Nourished Nomad (NNN), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

 

Confidentiality & Information Collection

All information you provide to NNN will be handled with strict confidentiality. The use and management of your personal information are governed by Australian privacy laws and NNN's Privacy Policy. By using NNN’s services, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy. You can view our Privacy Policy here.

 

Payment

  • Consultation Fees:
    All consultation fees must be paid in full via EFTPOS upon completion of the consultation. For online consultations, payment is preferred prior to the appointment.

  • Additional Purchases:
    Purchases made outside the consultation (e.g., pathology tests, nutraceuticals) must be paid in full to NNN or the relevant third party. It is your responsibility to comply with third-party payment terms and conditions.

  • Failure to Pay:
    If a payment for services or purchases is returned, denied, or unpaid for any reason, you will be responsible for any associated costs, including banking fees and charges. Failure to make payments may result in termination of future appointments and withholding of purchased items.

 
Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings:
    By booking a service with NNN, you agree to the associated fees and commit to attending your appointment on time. Late arrivals will not result in extended appointment times, and the session will conclude at the scheduled end time.

  • Cancellations:

    • More than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur a fee.

    • Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total consultation fee.

    • Failure to Attend: If you fail to attend an appointment without providing notice, 100% of the consultation fee will be charged.

 

NNN reserves the right to refuse new bookings until outstanding cancellation fees have been paid.
